A disembodied collection of vehicle registration plates from Lahore city, where only lip service is paid to the idea of the official government issued number plate. A majority of the populace adjust their plates to suite their needs. Most of these plates contain codings of affiliations to tribal or governmental departments as a warning to the police or other motorists.
